At the heart of Talent Redefined is Pamela, someone who cares deeply about people, outcomes and doing things properly.
Described as passionate, hard-working, and relentlessly curious, she brings a level of energy to her work that is both focused and consistent. It shows up in the way she thinks, the way she engages and the way she follows things through.
With over a decade of experience across sales, leadership, and recruitment, including the last nine years immersed in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Life Sciences hiring, Pamela works across every part of the talent lifecycle. From strategy and sourcing through to interviewing and market positioning, if it shapes the hiring experience, she’s obsessing over it.
