Talent Redefined was named Best Recruiter 2025 in both Marketing and Sales (VIC) by Sourcr, and what makes that recognition meaningful is the way it is earned.

Sourcr is not an awards body in the traditional sense. There is no submission process, instead, it is built on something far more human, and far less controllable: the lived experience of working together. Clients and candidates are invited to share that experience openly.

What it captures is not just what was achieved, but how it felt to get there.

The clarity of communication, the consistency of follow-through, the quality of the conversations that sit around the decisions. The way expectations are handled, the way feedback is given, and the way people are supported when the outcome is uncertain or complex. These are the things that define the experience, and they are also the things that are hardest to measure, which is precisely why it matters that they are.
